We made it. It took us 18 hellish hours, but we made it. Left between 8 and 9 am on Sunday and got here about 2 AM. It was, bar none, the absolutely most terrifying and fraught-with-danger move I have ever undertaken and I would hock heirlooms and sell my body in order to not have to do it again.But we're here and whole and I suppose that's all that matters, right?
More when I can write about it without my palms sweating from the flashbacks.
